It was very well ventilated and we could still smell smoke but it was not predominate. We ate dinner at the Camas Room fine dining room. The elevators to the non-smoking rooms were smoke filled. The entertainment was fantastic but seriously, I think we are the only people in Oregon who don't smoke. The casino was a lot of fun! Lots of great machines- and we LOVED the non-smoking casino! BUT the rest of the casino was incredibly smoky. The rooms were comfortable and large the beds, soft and clean and quiet, the bathrooms, functional and very clean. Still, the five us us ate breakfast for $10, which isn't bad.We stayed at Seven Feathers Hotel and Casino on a Friday night. Although my wife and girls all liked the free choices, I needed something beefier, with hot food, and so I ordered a combo. The only thing I would like to see improved is the addition of a hot breakfast in the complimentary offering. Top it off with a free breakfast, and the whole thing was an awesome time that will be repeated again and again. My 12 year old loved the 'Bee' soaps and gels, and couldn't get enough. The mattress was so good that we asked for the manufacturer name on the way out. The price was awesome for the amenities, and they had the perfect room combination for us. It also gave my wife and I time to stretch and work out our stiff bones :-), plus enjoy an awesome late night meal at the restaurant. Our girls (12 and 5) LOVED the pool after a long drive, and it helped them sleep soundly after working off some energy. On a friend's recommendation, we decided to push through our long drive and stop at this place, and so glad we did. Indifference to a customer's complaint should not be overlooked by the management or potential future customers. Food-borne illness can happen at any restaurant, pretty much at any time. It was compounded by the indifference this resort showed with their silence to my letter. It is unfortunate that we had the experience with food-borne illness. I concluded that they did not respond because they wanted no liability. I had asked them to consider a partial refund of the additional expenses I incurred. I never heard anything from them about the letter I sent. I wrote Seven Feathers to advise them of the difficulties we had from the food eaten in their establishment. I spent the day walking the dog and staying out of the RV so she could rest. The smell of any food was nauseating for my wife. We had to stay an extra day in the RV park due to her inability to travel. Our last stay was longer than we had planned due to a food-borne illness that incapacitated my wife. We have eaten in both of the main restaurants. The RV site is amazing and the facilities associated with the resort are top quality.
